The ‘Virtual Demo’ will allow pre-qualified customers to remotely (via the internet) operate a thermal/visual surveillance system, mounted on a mast at IEC’s facility in Cleveland, OH. During this demo, the customer will have complete control of the system, allowing them to aim the imager at various targets, select the sensor they want to view with, and control all of the imaging functions (such as optical/digital zoom, thermal image colorization, picture-in-picture, thermal-visual fusion, etc., and other functions found in the ‘VipIRTM’ image processing system).

To accomplish this, qualified customers will be given a defined time slot (determined mutually between the customer and an IEC sales representative), and a pass-code which will enable them to log in to a secure web address, through which the imaging system will be controlled. During this time, only this customer will be able to log in to see and control the thermal imaging cameras. Typically, a variety of thermal/visual surveillance systems are available for this ‘virtual demonstration’; the available system that is most appropriate for the customers needs will be setup and configured for the demonstration.

During the demonstration time, an IEC representative will be in telephone contact with the customer, to explain the various features of the system and instruct them on how use these features.
