IEC’s Mantis 360^o imaging system provides live simultaneous 360^o panoramic imaging from both a cooled MWIR thermal camera and a visual day camera. Both cameras have continuous zoom lenses to allow for a variety of vertical fields of view and to stop and stare to zoom in on targets or areas of interest. Mantis can integrate with a large variety of other peripheral sensors, cameras and remotely operated weapon systems. Other Mantis features include: Terrain following mode to track targets at varying elevations, laser range finder to geo-locate targets, motion detection and tracking video analytics, slew to cue commands to other assessment cameras and remotely operated weapon systems and interfacing with IEC’s IntrudIR Alert® Command and Control Middleware.
